We recognize the importance of upholding human rights, safe working conditions, and lawful labor practices in all areas of our operations.

1. Scope

Our supply chain includes all entities involved in the design, production, assembly, packaging, and distribution of our products, including third-party manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and logistics partners.

2. Ethical Standards and Expectations

We require all partners, vendors, and suppliers to uphold high ethical standards consistent with applicable laws and internationally recognized principles, including: 

• Respect for human rights, dignity, and freedom of association 

• Prohibition of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor 

• No use of child labor 

• Compliance with all applicable employment and labor laws 

These expectations are clearly outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which is provided to and acknowledged by every supplier we engage.

3. Accountability and Compliance

We require our suppliers to: Demonstrate compliance with local and international labor laws. Maintain transparent documentation of labor and safety practices. Cooperate with periodic compliance reviews and corrective action plans. Where necessary, we work with partners to address issues and implement improvements. Continued non-compliance may result in remediation agreements or termination of the supplier relationship.

4. Due Diligence Monitoring

To assess and mitigate risks in our supply chain, we conduct: Risk assessments of potential and existing suppliers. Periodic reviews of supplier performance and documentation. Engagement with partners on ethical sourcing and compliance expectations. Our commitment is to continuous improvement and proactive oversight.

5. Training and Awareness

We provide ongoing training and resources to internal teams and, where applicable, supplier personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to our ethical and legal expectations.

6. Measuring effectiveness

We monitor the effectiveness of our supply chain practices through: Compliance reviews and supplier evaluations. Feedback and reporting mechanisms. Periodic updates to our internal policies and supplier requirements
